In May 2007 Aspen announced an exclusive joint venture with Australia’s top ranked professional golfer Adam Scott and his golf course design and management company Scott Golf Designs to develop a series of signature golf courses within residential estates around Australia.

The joint venture teed off with the development of an 18 hole championship golf course at Whitsunday Shores in Bowen, North Queensland.

Scott Golf Designs will also produce a master plan to redesign the existing 18 hole golf course at Dunsborough Lakes in Western Australia’s South West.
