Norwest Private Hospital will encompass the development of 169 beds, 10 operating theatres, over 8,000 sqm of strata suites and 690 car bays. The hospital component will be owned and operated by Healthscope Limited with strata suites available to purchase or lease from the Developer - Aspen Developments.
The entrance area is a generous double height space flowing into a comfortable waiting area, reception and open coffee shop. It will be far removed from the typical image of a Hospital. It will have the light, airy, elegant look, feel and finishes of a modern hotel.
Almost all rooms are private with generous ensuites. Each patient room has wall to wall windows and distant views or courtyard views.
All rooms include bar fridge, TV, data outlets and discretely concealed medical gas service panels. Ensuites have vanity basins, shower and toilet designed for assisted use, if required. There are no shared ensuites.

The Primary catchment area of the existing Hills Private Hospital is a high socioeconomic area including Annangrove, Beaumont Hills, Baulkham Hills, Bella Vista, Castle Hill, Crestwood, Glenhaven, Harris Park, Kellyville, Kellyville Ridge, Kenthurst, Kings Langley, Lalor Park, North Rocks, Northmead, Parramatta, Rouse Hill, Seven Hills, Winston Hills. These areas account for 44% of The Hills Private activitiy, reflecting the high level of health insurance.
