Aspen Diversified Property Fund

Aspen Diversified Property Fund was established by Aspen Group in April 2005 to invest in a range of commercial properties covering the key sectors of office, retail and industrial. Aspen Diversified targets properties within the range of $5 million to $30 million as it seeks to build a portfolio of $250 million.

Aspen Diversified is an unlisted property trust. Aspen Funds Management limited, a subsidiary of Aspen Group has been appointed to manage the Fund and will draw on the property investment and management experience of the Group. Aspen Group is also a cornerstone investor in the Fund. The Fund offers a limited monthly withdrawal facility providing an opportunity for Unit holders to exit their investment if necessary.

The Fund's 12 properties comprise six office buildings, two retail sites, and four industrial complexes, across NSW, Queensland, Victoria, and WA with total assets of around $180 million. The Fund's income is supported by approximately 100 tenants across the 12 properties, including a number of ASX listed entities.
