Aspen Living is the dedicated residential land development division within Aspen, managing numerous land estates across Australia with a total current value of over $287 million. Aspen Living’s focus is on developing and acquiring prestigious land estates with an emphasis on lifestyle and healthy living. The division’s goal is to create sustainable developments that embrace elements such as maximising energy efficiency, water sensitive urban design and enhancing the natural environment.

Aspen Living currently manage four residential land estates in Australia, with another four in the early development stages. The division’s plan is to create over 6000 home sites across Australia and build land assets to over a $1 billion.
