Aspen Parks was established in June 2004 as a unique investment opportunity in the growing holiday and accommodation park industry (eg. caravan parks, holiday parks).
The sector was identified by Aspen Group as having all the hallmarks of a successful property investment with its premium land locations, diversified income streams and capital growth potential.
Since inception Aspen Parks has established a portfolio of 25 quality parks in premium locations around Australia with gross assets of $260 million.
Aspen Funds Management Limited, a subsidiary of Aspen Group has been appointed to manage the Fund and will draw on the property investment and management experience of the Group. Aspen Group is also a cornerstone investor in the Fund.
