Aspen Select offers investors the opportunity to invest in a broad range of property assets through the one fund.
Aspen Select seeks to deliver attractive property income and capital growth through exposure to a unique combination of underlying property. This includes the traditional sectors of office, retail and industrial to emerging sectors such as tourist parks, retirement villages and private hospitals, and residential land. Aspen Select will therefore provide investors with a well diversified portfolio with assets linked to different demand drivers and market cycles.
The Aspen Select portfolio will comprise investments in both unlisted and listed property vehicles managed by Aspen and selected other quality Fund Managers. Furthermore investors will have exposure to wholesale property investments which are normally only accessible to large institutional investors.
Aspen Select is available through various investment platforms such as wrap accounts and master trusts, or directly to investors wishing to invest a minimum of $50,000.
Aspen is a co-investor in Aspen Select so as to align the interest of the Aspen Group with all investors.
