Aspen Villages has been established as an integrated developer, owner and operator of residential and tourist villages.
Aspen Villages will focus on producing affordable accommodation for the active life-styler with resort-style facilities in a gated village environment for the early retirement and tourist markets. Capitalising on the ageing demographic trend, Aspen Villages will produce housing and tourism solutions that are affordable, secure and highly serviced in a community style environment.
Aspen Villages has several sites currently under construction.
Aspen Group launched the Aspen Villages Property Fund in April 2008, as an investment vehicle to capture the benefits of capital profits and annuity income from developing and owning accommodation villages.
The Fund, which has been designed for wholesale investors, provides exposure for investors to an alternative property sector, adding diversity to most investment portfolios. Each village is constructed using modular accommodation enabling short lead times to completion, substantially reducing development risk and enhancing the return on capital for investors.
