Aspen Funds Management

Aspen Funds Management ("AFM") is a subsidiary of Aspen Group Ltd, and was established to enable Aspen Group to pursue funds management activities, including the management of property related investment funds. This enables Aspen to derive additional revenue through the management of these funds, with minimal capital outlay, and provides a variety of property based investments to suit the differing needs of investors. AFM holds an Australian Financial Services Licence and presently acts as responsible entity for Aspen Property Trust, Aspen Parks Property Fund, Aspen Parks Wholesale Property Fund, Aspen Diversified Property Fund, Aspen Villages Fund, Aspen Communities Fund and Aspen Select Property Fund.

Aspen Living

Aspen Living is the dedicated residential land development division within Aspen, managing numerous land estates across Australia. Aspen Living’s focus is on developing and acquiring prestigious land estates with an emphasis on lifestyle and healthy living.

Aspen Living currently manages four residential land estates in Australia comprising approximately 5000 lots; Dunsborough Lakes, Whitsunday Shores, Fern Bay and Byford by the Scarp, with other projects in the early development stages.

Aspen Developments

Aspen Developments seeks to leverage the expertise and skills of its management to create and/or acquire development opportunities which can be packaged and syndicated under the Aspen funds management model.
Aspen Developments business methodology is to deliver superior return at an acceptable level of risk by adhering to its core principals as follows:

• Securing revenue streams from pre-committed sales and lease income;
• Obtaining a thorough understanding of market risks;
• Engaging in strategic alliances with leading stakeholders in each project; and
• Delivering major project inputs through fixed price construction contracts.
