- Strong operating performance from investment properties with core market fundamentals holding up well
- Distribution of 2.10 cps paid from operating earnings of 2.79 cps
- Funds management income subdued given fewer transactions in Funds - stronger contribution forecast in 2H10 on the back of more development activity
- Updated independent valuations on 80% of investment property portfolio
- Balance sheet well positioned & NTA stabilised at $0.71
